Price List
The minimum length of stay for Advent weekends (Friday-Sunday) is 2 nights. The minimum length of stay for New Year's is 3 nights.
The price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning, utility costs, and hotel toiletries.
For stays longer than 5 days, we offer free cleaning every 5 days, which must be arranged at least one day in advance. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is possible up to 1 day before arrival. This rule does not apply to Advent weekends and New Year's reservations, where free cancellation is only possible up to 3 days before arrival.
Payment method: Payment is made in advance via a secure payment link or by bank transfer. In exceptional cases, payment in cash is possible with prior agreement with the staff.

Rental terms
- The total reservation amount will be charged upon arrival.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
